This lost and found chat service is powered by machine translation. Please be aware that there may be a possibility of ambiguity or mistranslations due to the nature of machine translation.
■Retrieving lost item(s)
Please come directly to the Lost and Found center where your item is being held.
You will be responsible for all transportation fees to and from the lost and found center.
If you are unable to retrieve your item in person, we are able to ship it to a domestic address within Japan, including to a hotel or friend’s residence. Shipping costs will be paid on delivery. We are unable to ship to international addresses.
If a third party will be receiving your item, please confirm in advance that they are able to pay shipping costs on delivery.
We can ship your item per your request to the specified address, however, we are not responsible for any incidents or trouble occurred after it is shipped.
Please note that we can only hold lost items at our facility for a limited time. Items that are not retrieved before the holding period is over will be transferred to the police station.
