When receiving a refund for a ticket purchase made with a credit card, please bring the credit card you used to make the purchase along with your ticket. The refund will be deposited into the bank account that is connected to your credit card. (There may be a case where your PIN is required.) In addition, the cardholder must bring the credit card used to make a purchase.
If you do not have the original credit card or would like a third party to receive the refund on your behalf, we must ask for proof that the cardholder is requesting a refund. The cardholder must present the original ticket and the credit card used to purchase the ticket within one year counting from the day after the original ticket was issued.
