The refund data from our ticket office will be transmitted to the credit card company with which we have a contract within two days at the latest. In the case of "co-branded" credit cards, our contracted credit card companies may not be the same as the card issuing company you have a contract with. In such cases, data is transmitted between these two companies. The processing of data for refund to the customer's account is performed by the card issuer with which the customer has a contract. For this reason, we are unable to provide the specific timing of refunds.
