To purchase an ICOCA card for children, you will need to fill out a Children's ICOCA purchase form with the corresponding child’s name and date of birth, and provide an official identification so that we can verify the accuracy of the information.
An official identification is required also for Children's ICOCA refund requests.
We can process Children's ICOCA purchases by a third party other than the recipient of the ICOCA, but for refunds, the recipient must authorize the third party with a method specified by our company. In such cases, the third party must present a form of official identification at the time of refunds. (Authorization may be omitted if the third party shows official documentation that shows the relationship between the ICOCA recipient and the third party.)
