Yes. It is possible to use credit cards at JR-WEST ticket offices and green ticket-vending machines. Please note, however, that credit cards cannot be used for fare adjustment. You must enter your PIN number when using a credit card at JR-WEST ticket offices and green ticket-vending machine.
