Please notify either station staff or train staff in order to purchase a ticket for the same journey as the one that you have lost. (Your new ticket will be issued with a note confirming that you have lost your original ticket and have purchased a new one.) Take the replacement ticket you purchased home with you without passing through the automatic ticket gate. If you find your lost ticket within a year, bring both it and the replacement ticket to the fare adjustment office at the station. We will refund you, but a handling fee will be required.
