I think there's something wrong with my ICOCA's magnet. What should I do if I have an ICOCA & HARUKA?

Complete procedures to have your card re-issued at a station in the JR-WEST ICOCA area.
You can receive a new card within 14 days from the day after you have completed the procedures. You will be re-issued an ICOCA card with the regular design.
