Yes. If you cancel your trip because the trains cannot operate, we will refund the full amount of the fare and charges without subtracting a handling fee.
Refunds corresponding cancellations of train service will be made within one year counting from the day after the cancellation occurred.
Refunds can be processed at station fare adjustment counters and JR-WEST ticket offices.
In the event of a train cancellation or dely due to an accident or other extenuating circumstances, the JR-WEST's carriage conditions will apply without exception.
