It will be the opposite route of "Access from the Kansai Airport to each place".

However, if you use "Kansai Airport Rapid Service" from Osaka, your train will be a connection train of "Kansai Airport Rapid Service" and "Kishu-ji Rapid Service (To Wakayama)", and at Hineno Station "Kishu-ji Rapid Service" will be disconnected. 

"Kishu-ji Rapid Service" will not go to Kansai Airport, so please be sure to board one of the front four carriages of "Kansai Airport Rapid Service" in the direction of travel of the train.
