If you forgot the credit card used for the transaction, you cannot receive the tickets that you booked. Should you need to ride on the same day, you will need to newly purchase the regular tickets and express tickets. Regarding the original reservation, call prior to departure time and revise the ticket to the following day.
If you do not plan to use the ticket for a later date, or if you cannot change it yourself, please contact the staff at the train station you planned to pick it up and submit an inquiry form before the departure time.
