You cannot book discount certificates on the JR WEST ONLINE TRAIN RESERVATION website.
Discount tickets available for booking on the JR WEST ONLINE TRAIN RESERVATION website are only round trip discount tickets.
The round trip discount ticket is applicable when the one way distance is more than 601km.
When using various discount tickets, select on the JR WEST ONLINE TRAIN RESERVATION website, when booking, choose "No ticket" to reserve only the Limited Express ticket, and show the discount certificate at the ticket counter at the station and purchase the regular ticket separately.

When selecting a payment method, you can also purchase by selecting "Pay at the station" and present the discount certificate at the station.
